WIP [client] retry RPC if authn token expires
Get a new authn token and retry RPC calls in case of getting
FATAL_INVALID_AUTHENTICATION_TOKEN RPC error.
WIP: the test now fails because the codepath for the token retrial
requires RPC codes to be propagated to distinguish between
different cases of NotAuthorized error returned from the connection
negotiation.
