WIP:
* adapt to run faster in 3-2-3 re-replication scheme
* test against older cluster using 3-2-3 re-replication scheme
* needs integration tests with a la ksck-remote
* needs a bit of restructuring and clean-up
The code was tested against the flash cluster.
