File thirdparty/build-definitions.sh:

PS2, Line 103:
Don't need to update libcxxabi/libcxx builds at all?

PS2, Line 320: -DLLVM_TEMPORARILY_ALLOW_OLD_TOOLCHAIN=ON \
So does this mean we'll need to bump our gcc requirement to support newer
versions of LLVM going forward? Does that mean revving from devtoolset-3 to a
newer version? Dropping el6 altogether?

Not important to figure this out now; just want to have a sense of what to
expect going forward.
