Oh I set it now. spark.sql.legacy.parquet.int96RebaseModeInWrite is different
than the other legacy one I linked. I think we want the same approach in the
same places as we set
`session.conf.set("spark.sql.legacy.parquet.datetimeRebaseModeInWrite",
"LEGACY")`
