[build] Jenkins jar verification fix
This patch makes sure that every jar is generated for the verify_jars
script to check, since the command './gradlew $EXTRA_GRADLE_FLAGS clean
check -x test $EXTRA_GRADLE_TEST_FLAGS;' doesn't trigger the JarTask
for every module:

Currently only the following modules' jars are verified:
* kudu-spark
* kudu-client
* kudu-proto
* kudu-test-utils
* kudu-backup-common
