[thirdparty] fix flags for BSD-style install This fixes installing gperftools's headers into corresponding sub-directory of $KUDU_HOME/thirdparty on macOS after [1]. The BSD flavor of the install utility doesn't have the --backup flag, and the semantics of the --mode flag is only available with -m flag. This is a follow-up to [1].
