Unrelated build failure in LINT configuration due to JDK17 issues. I'm not an
owner of JDK17-transition, so I'm not going to cherry-pick corresponding
updates into this branch. Instead, I'm adding Verified +1 since I verified
that the code compiles and C++ tests pass once properly configuring the build
environment w.r.t. JDK-related issues.
