 Review comment:
   I think it's odd to use a ThreadLocal here...
   
   I'm afraid it may be not correct in some scenarios. For example, the threads 
run on a thread pool. The thread is reused and the ThreadLocal variable will 
return ConcurrentBoundedLinkedQueue of another rpc client, right?
   
   I think the old way should be good. What's the reason we change it like this?
