<BUILD-ROOT>/3rdparty/protobuf_java-2.6.1/src/protobuf_java-2.6.1
and also define the PROTOBUF_JAR at the location
${PROTOBUF_JAVA_ROOT}/java/target/protobuf-java-2.6.1.jar
