Review request for mesos and Benjamin Bannier. Repository: mesos Description ------- The Apache CI Jenkins instances have various Python configurations which lead to `pip install --user virtualenv` failing due to old `setuptools`. For now, we remove this from `buildbot.sh`. We'll shortly perform this check inside the Docker container such that we operate in a more stable environment.
