   Hi @dongjoon-hyun, thanks ! you are correct, I should not be making
assumption about underlying image. However, I had to slightly alter the `sed`
command, because of the following.
   ```
   root@1b3d9a68d2c3:/# cat /etc/apt/sources.list
   # deb http://snapshot.debian.org/archive/debian/20200224T000000Z buster main
   deb http://deb.debian.org/debian buster main
   # deb http://snapshot.debian.org/archive/debian-security/20200224T000000Z
buster/updates main
   deb http://security.debian.org/debian-security buster/updates main
   # deb http://snapshot.debian.org/archive/debian/20200224T000000Z
buster-updates main
   deb http://deb.debian.org/debian buster-updates main
   root@1b3d9a68d2c3:/# sed -i 's/http/https/g' /etc/apt/sources.list && \
   > ^C
   root@1b3d9a68d2c3:/# sed -i 's/http/https/g' /etc/apt/sources.list
   root@1b3d9a68d2c3:/# cat /etc/apt/sources.list
   # deb https://snapshot.debian.org/archive/debian/20200224T000000Z buster main
   deb https://deb.debian.org/debian buster main
   # deb https://snapshot.debian.org/archive/debian-security/20200224T000000Z
buster/updates main
   deb https://security.debian.org/debian-security buster/updates main
   # deb https://snapshot.debian.org/archive/debian/20200224T000000Z
buster-updates main
   deb https://deb.debian.org/debian buster-updates main
   root@1b3d9a68d2c3:/# sed -i 's/http/https/g' /etc/apt/sources.list
   root@1b3d9a68d2c3:/# cat /etc/apt/sources.list
   # deb httpss://snapshot.debian.org/archive/debian/20200224T000000Z buster
main
   deb httpss://deb.debian.org/debian buster main
   # deb httpss://snapshot.debian.org/archive/debian-security/20200224T000000Z
buster/updates main
   deb httpss://security.debian.org/debian-security buster/updates main
   # deb httpss://snapshot.debian.org/archive/debian/20200
   ```

   i.e. if I run the given `sed` command where mirrors are already on https,
then it would make them as `httpss`. Thanks for the help !
