    [SPARK-17585][PySpark][Core] PySpark SparkContext.addFile supports adding 
files recursively

    ## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
    PySpark ```SparkContext.addFile``` should support adding files recursively 
under a directory similar with Scala.
    
    ## How was this patch tested?
    Unit test.
