    @sadikovi Yes it will, like if we will not define app name in SparkConf 
object or spark-submit then it will generate exception , In this PR random UUID 
is generated for app name if its not defining,  same as spark session its 
generate random UUID of app name if not define, this one is for spark context.
    
    @srowen Yeah no problem i will close PR if you suggest but why we need to 
give different behaviour for Spark session and context when session generate 
app name while not define then why not for context and Why we need to restrict 
user to define app name while creating context when we are not restrict for 
Spark Session.
