I see. I guess I'm trying to figure out whether it's reasonable or not to
pull in bouncy castle -- just in the Kinesis module I guess -- on behalf of the
user then?
That's the default conservative thing to do, but having just gone through
the ECCN process, I realize it's not trivial for us to redistribute bouncy
castle. Worth trimming if it's really about all the same to users.
