   FYI, I just checked that `dedupOuterReferencesInSubqueries` is in the 
analyzer rule and thus we can safely add the guard here. Also, we might 
consider combine `PullupCorrelatedPredicates` and `RewritePredicateSubqueries` 
since they are basically doing different parts of a same thing (and most 
importantly, applying the same hack on `SubqueryExpression`'s `children` 
field).
