This plan is randomly generated. Are we able to make it deterministic when users setting a seed? When users do not set the seed, we should still record the seed we use for reproducing the plan. Otherwise, it will be very hard for the developers to debug it if the plan keeps changing each time. It's a good idea, and it's necessary for the ut too. Will consider to implement it.
