   I don't think so. Yes so It might be better do document that. We can start 
to work on that after officially dropping Python 2 to reduce overhead. Python 2 
and python 3 support different types and semantics (e.g., long, str <> bytes)

should also have it, for instance, for type coercion or implicit cast rules in
