Based on the feedback from @chia7712 and @blueBlue0102, I realize that I had mixed up too much changes in a single PR. I will break down this Jira into below subtasks: - Allow canonical labels and use the consistent metadata retrieving order in shim.(1.6.0) - Throw warning if pod has inconsistent metadata in shim (1.6.0) - Reject task if pod has inconsistent metadata in shim (1.7.0).
