### What is this PR for? I just found out that in performance_tutorial page, we have a section for hardware testing. Thx to Prof. [Kuan-Chou Lai](https://sites.google.com/mail.ntcu.edu.tw/kclai) from [National Taichung University of Education](https://www.ntcu.edu.tw) kindly provide the hardware for testing, but it seems the link for his school and his personal page's link is no longer exist.
