@mitdesai @wilfred-s The branch has been updated with four logically separated hardening commits covering the Queue API contract, reconciliation and status convergence, self-managed fail-closed webhook PKI, and focused kind lifecycle coverage. The previous approval predates these commits. All local gates pass, including `make test_all`, Kubernetes 1.36 envtests, and the 5-spec disposable kind suite.
