@jongyoul Spark deprecated SparkR in 4.0 and is likely going to remove it in 5.0 (early 2027) https://lists.apache.org/thread/qjgsgxklvpvyvbzsx1qr8o533j4zjlm5. Do we want to remove the R interpreter on our side? From what I'm seeing, no R-related issues have been reported to the community these years, and due to recent AI growth, a lot of R packages are making breaking changes while fixing the CVE, which causes R environment breaks heavily (I see that Spark's R env has broken several months and failed to get fixed) -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
