This specification defines a set of additional Capability Objects
that provide information about current downstream CDN (dCDN)
utilization and specified usage limits to the delegating upstream CDN
(uCDN) in order to inform traffic delegation decisions.

This document supplements the CDNI Capability Objects, defined in RFC
8008 as part of the Footprint & Capabilities Advertisement Interface
(FCI), with two additional Capability Objects: FCI.CapacityLimits and
FCI.Telemetry.

This document is a product of the Content Delivery Networks Interconnection
Working Group of the IETF.

This is now a Proposed Standard.

STANDARDS TRACK: This document specifies an Internet Standards Track
protocol for the Internet community, and requests discussion and suggestions
for improvements. Please refer to the current edition of the Official
Internet Protocol Standards (https://www.rfc-editor.org/standards) for the
standardization state and status of this protocol. Distribution of this
memo is unlimited.
