involves reviewing the documents submitted by its Research Groups and
approving those drafts for publication. Please see the list of Research
Groups [1] to see if your research fits with one of these groups. If
so, I suggest contacting the chairs to ask for guidance about
progressing your document. For information on how Research Groups work,
please see RFC 2014 [2].
