For what it’s worth, I was just going to make a reference to this document, as well. Not because I believe IETF is full of intentional saboteurs (I don’t think this was what John was trying to say, either), but because sometimes what happens is (unintentionally) indistinguishable from such a situation. I’m really interested in the daily use of this resource in our discourse.
