The initial model that I asked the RPC to establish for 3) was a monthly public call that covered both the big picture and the details of documents being processed. This suffers from the same issues as the tools call, very low community participation as a percentage of people who are on the relevant lists and could therefore be considered the core community that might want to provide this feedback. The response to this low turnout has been the widespread dissemination of the notes by email so that at least they reach hundreds even if not everyone reads them. This has resulted in some feedback, largely around the information provided and how that might be used. The question then is how to achieve 3) and this is a similar question being asked for tools development. Should the RPC public meetings be refocused on strategic priorities only? Is an online plan/roadmap needed that people can comment on? Your thoughts?
