I have some suggestion for this list:
1. Please, consider to put _TEXT_ only (no HTML) e-mail. Not everyone is
using full-blown MUA such as M$ outlook or eudora. Many, many people are
still using pine/mutt.
2. No attachment please. Attachment tends be large, and not everyone
will benefit from it. If there is something to share, why don't post it
somewhere (ftp, web, wherever) and just post the URL here. That way we
can save bandwidth. Also, installing mime-defang/demime should help to
strip any attachment being sent to the list
3. Since the list administrator hasn't yet post the guideline
(what contents are appropriate and not), I prefer (of course, this
is _MY_ personal opinion) that this list ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) is only used for
RHCE discussion. I hope this list doesn't transform to general linux
tech-support forum. There _ARE_ many others linux lists dedicated for that.
of course, this is just my suggestion.
