Hi.
I would like to create a new kickstart for installation but I couldn't
run system-config-kickstart because I got:
[EMAIL PROTECTED] ~]# system-config-kickstart
/usr/share/system-config-kickstart/kickstartGui.py:76: GtkWarning:
Can't open libbeagle 'libbeagle.so.0: cannot open shared object file:
No such file or directory'
xml = gtk.glade.XML
("/usr/share/system-config-kickstart/system-config-kickstart.glade",
domain=domain)
No handlers could be found for logger "yum.plugin"
system-config-kickstart requires either the base or development yum
repository enabled for package selection. Please enable one of these
in /etc/yum.repos.d and restart the program.
[EMAIL PROTECTED] ~]#
Which package is missing and what I have to do to create a new
kickstart on RHEL5? Where is the beagel package? Maybe the problem is
related to an empty /etc/yum.repos.d directory?
I have problem with firstboot too. Because our KVM doesn't work
correctly with graphic modes other than VESA 1024x768 I got a
blackscreen after installation (in time of first boot). So I'd like to
set that mode (using vesa driver) in time of installation (first
install, not from kickstart). Is it possible?
Regards,
Andrzej
