No, I believe RH is worried about Mono (the .Net api implementation that Beagle uses) and licensing issues with Microsoft. AFAIK, MS has been quiet concerning the Mono project so far but with a major company like RedHat supporting/supplying it, they may choose to sue. Novell of course, ships Beagle/Mono and I believe still employs Mono's lead developer having bought out Ximian. So not everybody considers Mono a major risk. Fedora shipped Beagle in FC5 but RH said at that point it wouldn't be in RHEL.
