Hi, Aron and RHEL5 guys I found e1000_shutdown of 2.6.18 don't call e1000_free_irq(). e1000_shutdown of 2.6.19 call e1000_free_irq().
I'm testing now, and I'll post the patch to Aron. BTW, 2.6.16.29 of xen-ia64-unstable don't call .shutdown handler. So this issue is not occurred on it.
