Why not just run RHEL5 host and RHEL5 guests so that you're fully
supported? If I recall correctly RHEL4 will only be supported as a
guest. Maybe you had another reason for making your life harder than it
needs to be? :-)

Because xen version released with rhel5 (3.0.3) doesn't supports
save/restore hvm guests ... and under xen 3.0.5, yes (when it's released)
