No, we've worked very hard to integrate it throughout the distribution. You 
can turn it off several ways if you really have to. Simplest is to 
edit /etc/selinux/config and set SELINUX=disabled. Reboot and then you should 
be able to "yum remove selinux-policy*", but that's about all you can remove. 
That said, I do not recommend disabling selinux unless you have an isolated 
computer with tightly controlled software/users.
