Correct me if i'm wrong but I think the key is not dependent on any RHEL
release version
you buy ES licencense and the key works on any supported ES release as
in 3. 4. and soon to be 5 for the period of time
the key is valid.
They should add thou to RHN Network option to releasing a key from a
machine to assign it to another one, ( In case one is upgrading the
machine )
now I think you have to delete the profile and then the next machine
that register via update automaticly gets the key.
Also seem to be missing on RHN to see which key or licences was assignt
to which machine for example...
I bought 30 licence and im using 15 of it and those licences are
assigned to these machine and those licence will expire eftir X given time
( keeps better tracks on things )
Best Regards

Greetings
I was just wondering, does anyone know, how redhat will distribute the
server keys that will be used to install RHEL5 server. I bought an ES
license and am waiting to install until 5 final is released and was
just thinking about the key thing..
