computers don't have Intel processors. Most people have the majority of
their experience with RHEL on Intel or AMD processors. There's a

If you ask here for recommendations, for any task, how many will suggest
Sparc*, Power*, S/360's descendants (currently zSeries) or ARM? Or even
Itanium?
If you want good I/O for a fast webserver/database server, IBM's zSeries
is hard to beat, though you might get an argument from Sun. If you want
high-power, high-scaling CPU, IBM's Power* CPUs are worth a look.
