Hi,

RHEL5 by default only works on PAE-enabled systems, so it will not work
on many laptops (e.g. Centrino-based).

Is it expected to work (I know it will not be *supported* ;-)) to
rebuild the kernel package for non-PAE systems in this way:

- Using a copy of kernel-2.6.18-i686-xen.config with CONFIG_HIGHMEM4G
   set and CONFIG_HIGHMEM64G not set.

- Removing "pae=y" from xen_flags in the kernel spec file.

Will this work or are there other (less simple?) changes needed?

Thanks,
