Hey Hutger - RHEL 5.4 will be generally available (GA) Real Soon Now(TM). Once that happens you will be able to grab it from RHN and run that in your lab. You really don't want to be building a production environment on beta code. There have been a lot of improvements in 5.4 since the public beta.
