Thanks Akio, I am able to start this successfully without any problem. I was trying this one from alot of days. I was trying the almost same way but 1) i was not using xvda. But i have a question to u. Why we cant use name like hda,hdb ?
Actually this is working with hda also. 2) second thing i am not using the fstab option for creating the initrd
