Have you considered sieve? It's included with RHEL 4 and RHEL 5.

Hi. I've recently set up a sendmail/cyrus-imapd based e-mail server
using RHEL5.
The purpose of this e-mail is to ask if anyone knows of any milter-based
frameworks that are included with the RHEL5 distribution. To be clear,
I am asking a question about packages available on RHEL5 - the
sendmail/cyrus-imapd related information below should be read as
background information only.
The main reason I'm using RHEL is for the whole "n years of updated
packages" thing. I would prefer to use something provided (and
supported) by Red Hat. I don't want to have to worry about a 3rd-party
RPM losing support in 2 or 3 years, and then either having to change my
configuration around, or risk going without potentially-important patches.
