Hello, Does anyone succeeded running together bonding and Xen on RHEL5? It gives problems for me. Like assertion failed at the end of the message. And only eth1 is enslaved. eth0 becomes virtual interface (peth0) for Xen. Also I saw entry in Xen bugzilla about that. And it suggested that kernel patch may be needed: http://bugzilla.xensource.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=753 Thanks, Mindaugas RTNL: assertion failed at net/core/fib_rules.c (388) Call Trace: <IRQ> [<ffffffff804009b5>] fib_rules_event+0x3d/0xff [<ffffffff8026339c>] notifier_call_chain+0x20/0x32 [<ffffffff803f38d9>] dev_set_mac_address+0x52/0x58 [<ffffffff88333847>] :bonding:alb_set_slave_mac_addr+0x41/0x6c [<ffffffff88333cb5>] :bonding:alb_swap_mac_addr+0x95/0x163 [<ffffffff8832ef2f>] :bonding:bond_change_active_slave+0x1db/0x2f6 [<ffffffff8832fa43>] :bonding:bond_select_active_slave+0xa0/0xce [<ffffffff88330db4>] :bonding:bond_mii_monitor+0x3a8/0x3fa [<ffffffff88330a0c>] :bonding:bond_mii_monitor+0x0/0x3fa [<ffffffff8028b7ec>] run_timer_softirq+0x13f/0x1c6 [<ffffffff80211ed3>] __do_softirq+0x62/0xdd [<ffffffff8025d0e8>] call_softirq+0x1c/0x28 [<ffffffff80269b7b>] do_softirq+0x31/0x98 [<ffffffff802699f6>] do_IRQ+0xec/0xf5 [<ffffffff8038df71>] evtchn_do_upcall+0x86/0xe0 [<ffffffff8025cc1a>] do_hypervisor_callback+0x1e/0x2c <EOI> [<ffffffff802063aa>] hypercall_page+0x3aa/0x1000 [<ffffffff802063aa>] hypercall_page+0x3aa/0x1000 [<ffffffff8026b02a>] raw_safe_halt+0x84/0xa8 [<ffffffff80268536>] xen_idle+0x38/0x4a [<ffffffff80247bcd>] cpu_idle+0x97/0xba [<ffffffff805d6800>] start_kernel+0x21f/0x224 [<ffffffff805d61ed>] _sinittext+0x1ed/0x1f3 _______________________________________________ rhelv5-list mailing list [email protected] https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/rhelv5-list
