My experience with system-config-cluster and luci/ricci and RHEL5 was
disappointing. I ran system-config-cluster and created a small test
cluster. When I ran system-config-cluster again, it said there were no
members in the cluster, but it did show the nodes. It never showed the
"Management" tab. I could run commands like "clustat" and "cman_tool
status", I would see all the nodes in my test cluster. I opened a case
with Redhat, and they did not respond until I escalated the case with a
Redhat Rep. Even then, the engineer asked me if I was sure all my
daemons were running, and the Redhat Rep told me I needed to go to
training.

An update came out for luci, ricci, and system-config-cluster, and
suddenly system-config-cluster worked better, and it would see the
cluster it created. Everything seemed to work fine, until I wanted to
make changes. I changed the IP addresses of the three cluster nodes, and
the cluster freaked out and kept rebooting nodes on its own. I unmounted
a gfs2 filesystem and had the same behavior. I had to boot one of the
nodes with a rescue disk and do a "chkconfig cman off" before it would
boot again. I decided that the Cluster Suite for RHEL5 is not ready for
production. Redhat says I need to go to training.

Now, to answer your question about removing a cluster made by luci, go
to the Web interface, and under the "Homebase" tab, go to "Manage
Systems" and you should see a box on the right that says "Remove
clusters and systems". You should be able to click on your cluster and
then click "Remove slected entries" and remove the cluster.
