I figured out that by using rmmod to remove the SAN card driver it stops
complaining about the disks...

I was able to produce a 'better' ignoredisk line by added all the sd*
block devices found in /tmp.  This got around the geometry errors but I
still get the read-only warnings  

Even though I added "nostorage" to the kernel append and specified
"device scsi cciss" it still loaded the cciss and the qla drivers and
detected all the SAN disks.

It's these read-only warnings that are giving me grief as they halt the
installation until I hit 'Ok' for them.

Hello Maarten,

I would recommend passing "nostorage" on your kernel boot or append for
the installation and then specifying the following inside ks.cfg:

device scsi cciss

"nostorage" tells Anaconda to not load any storage-related kernel
modules.  "device scsi cciss" is telling it to only load cciss.  This
will get you past the lovely geometry warnings.
