I had The EDAC problem on a brand new IBM with an AMD 64 bit processor. When I installed RHEL 4.5, the installation went fine but when it loading the OS for the first time (after the grub bootloader menu), it froze with an EDAC K8 error. When I installed RHEL 5.0, I didn't see the problem.
Thanks. This was about one month ago and it didn't happen afterwards, so it's not too bad, luckily. -- -- Jos Vos <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> -- X/OS Experts in Open Systems BV | Phone: +31 20 6938364 -- Amsterdam, The Netherlands | Fax: +31 20 6948204 _______________________________________________ rhelv5-list mailing list [email protected] https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/rhelv5-list _______________________________________________ rhelv5-list mailing list [email protected] https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/rhelv5-list
