Hi,
On a Celeron EM64T system with an Intel graphics controller, I can
install RHEL5 i386 fine, and X runs ok, but when I try to install
RHEL5 x86_64, it can't start X. So I installed it with VNC and when
I later try to run "system-config-display --reconfig", the X log says:

c000:27b5: 01 ILLEGAL EXTENDED X86 OPCODE!

Any idea what's going wrong here?
