Apologies for that last blank email. This is what happens when you forget to
lock your blackberry before putting it in your pocket ;)

Subject: [rhelv5-list] Scaling gdm background while maintaining aspectratio:
how?

Hi,

Is there a way to specify the background image in the gdm graphical
theme in such a way that it is scaled horizontally to fit the width
of the screen (width="100%") *and* that the aspect ratio is always
maintained (on all display sizes)?

If I only specify width="100%", the vertical direction is not scaled
at all.

B.t.w. where can I find a description and/or DTD of this XML file?

Thanks,
