It's basically MAPI properties ... I seem to recall a tnef reader/decoder living somewhere on sourceforge. I think the Scalix "sxtnef --input <filename>" will also decode them, though sxtnef is not something I've ever actually used. Whether that's useful or not is matter open to debate :-) You shouldn't get these things, but if you do they're pretty much equivalent to the message that they're attached to.
