My server is behind a proxy proxy:8080on http and proxy:2121 on ftp

My yum conf is  :
[rhel-debuginfo]
name=Red Hat Enterprise Linux $releasever - $basearch - Debug
baseurl=
ftp://ftp.redhat.com/pub/redhat/linux/enterprise/$releasever/en/os/$basearch/Debuginfo/
enabled=1
gpgcheck=1
gpgkey=file:///etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-redhat-release
proxy=http://proxy.si3si.int:2121 or 8080
and i have the same pb !

i think about an other solution:
how can it's possible to make an local configuration :
my rpm file are in : /mnt/nfs_install/redhat/rh5_es_i386.cds
i maded in this directory createrepo
and if you can help me to make this configuration ?
