lgetfilecon_raw failed for /var/log/messages.3:No data available

I have redifined the rules so all references to selinux have been removed.
It took care of all the
instances of this message except for those nodes that have the following
rule applied

lgetfilecon_raw failed for /var/log/messages.3:No data available

the rule is
LOG >

What was the reason? This is right after the filename. If you could, give me

the whole message and change the filename to foo if its sensitive.
