but my company don't intent to use Xen to run our applications now
I think i shoud try to find some fixes for my DataBase and for other
software ...

Another idea is to install RHEL5, then create a RHEL4 virtual guest (or
whatever version you need) to run on top and use that environment for
your applications. We've had a number of customers using this solution.
