Thanks Janne - I only searched against the "insufficient free extents"
error, which doesn't appear in your bugzilla entry.

That's insane - it's sad to be told that a fix isn't coming until the
next release, but given that we're beaten in the head with "read the
release notes" on every update it would have been really nice for
someone to include this tidbit of information there.

I resolved the issue by defining both extents and the partition
