Seems to be the best way for me at the moment.
That article is out of date. FSs > 8TB (and up to 16TB) are now fully
supported. Also, you don't *have* to use LVM. You can simply:
parted mklabel gpt
and then use parted to partition normally.
Note that I'm assuming there's no 2TB limitation in the iSCSI layer
anywhere -- I have no experience with that.
