Occasionally, I've noticed that the rgmanager with RHEL 5.1 (rgmanager-2.0.31-1.el5) that changes to the cluster.conf file cause rgmangaer to migrate, stop and start virtual machine services. This happened to me twice today I added 3 Xen virtual machines to the cluster.conf file and the first 2 times, it caused several VMs to restart "see the "Migration lines". Curiously, the 3rd time, it did not cause any restarts. So, I'm confused, am I encountering a known bug? If so I haven't been able to google it.
